Shock move after May appointed leader. New Unified Party announced (FTP*)

With Theresa May appointed Leader of the Conservatives and PM without a vote, what exactly divides the mainstream views of any of these parties? Remember it was May who coined the phrase "The Nasty Party" for the Conservatives- and describes calls herself as a Liberal. So it makes perfect sense to merge them into the new unified FTP (F*ck the Plebs) Party.

The new FTP Party will have a built in Commons majority of 649-1.  And the single opposition MP (UKIP member Douglas Carswell) can be expelled as he is officially a racist xenophobe according to the new legislation.

  1. The current issue of "The Australian Jewish News" has a long editorial devoted to the Australian federal election that's just been held. The editorial denounces people who seek to restrict Muslim immigration into Australia ("as Jews we know what it is like to be on the receiving end of such policies in bygone eras") and says "In a world that flirts with Donald Trump and embraces Brexit, we hope that common sense will prevail in Australia" - thus effectively demonising good decent people who voted for the Brexit, (who according to a poll in "The Independent" comprised about 55% of Jews voting in the Referendum). Even the rabbinical headmaster of a big Jewish day school here in Oz has got into the anti-Brexiteer mode, announcing that he's ashamed of his native country (Great Britain)! Outrageous stuff!

  2. Daphne: It's depressing, but the fact that Brexit won (and that a lot of Jews voted for it) even though the entire political, media, and academic establishment (along with the entire mainstream Jewish 'leadership') told people they had to vote Remain, suggests there is still hope.
