For update on this see ISIS v Hamas: Not just hypocrisy, but proof that criticism of Israel is pure antisemitism.
The brutal burning execution of a Jordanian Muslim pilot by Islamic terrorists is, according to the world media, far worse than the similarly brutal murders that Islamic terrorists carry out on a daily basis in many parts of the world. Presumably, Muslim lives matter more. They certainly seem to matter a lot more than Jews murdered by Islamic terrorists.
Clearly it is so much worse than the kidnap, torture and burning of Israeli teenagers by Hamas terrorists last year. Those kids, unlike the Jordanian pilot who was actually bombing the very terrorists who captured him, posed no threat to the terrorists at all. Yet, while the world hysterically applauds Jordan for both killing Islamist prisoners in revenge and launching a massive bombing attack against ISIS, the same world (including especially Jordan) hysterically condemned Israel first for daring to arrest the Hamas terrorists who had actually killed the teenagers, and then for defending itself against the Hamas terrorists who launched a rocket war to stop the arrests.
And is this the same Jordan which, after the slaughter of Jews in a synagogue in Jerusalem in November, honoured the Islamic terrorists who carried out the attack in the opening session of their Parliament? Or even the Jordan which not only welcomed the terrorist Ahlam Tamimi behind the Sbarro restaurant massacre (which killed many children in Jerusalem in 2001) but made her into a TV celebrity after her release as part of the Gilad Shalit 'deal'. Here is Tamimi explaining - on Jordanian TV - her thrill at killing so many Jewish children:
Ahlam Tamimi: 16 Zionists were killed [in the suicide bombing you helped carry out]. Interviewer: Was the sound of the explosion...? Ahlam Tamimi: It was very loud. The mujahid Abdallah Barghouti did a perfect job producing the guitar [containing the bomb], and the results amazed everybody, thanks to Allah. And if we are talking about hypocrisy how about the pilot's father who (like most of the country) before his death could not stop talking about his hatred for the USA in 'forcing Jordan to attack our Muslim brothers of ISIS - but who after his death wanted earth shattering revenge against ISIS?

Afterwards, when I took the bus, the Palestinians around Damascus Gate [in Jerusalem] were all smiling. You could sense that everybody was happy. When I got on the bus, nobody knew that it was me who had led [the suicide bomber to the target]... I was feeling quite strange, because I had left [the bomber] 'Izz Al-Din behind, but inside the bus, they were all congratulating one another. They didn't even know one another, yet they were exchanging greetings.

While I was sitting on the bus, the driver turned on the radio. But first, let me tell you about the gradual rise in the number of casualties. While I was on the bus and everybody was congratulating one another, they said on the radio that there had been a martyrdom attack at the Sbarro restaurant, and that three people were killed. I admit that I was a bit disappointed, because I had hoped for a larger toll. Yet when they said "three dead," I said: "Allah be praised." Interviewer: Was it an Israeli radio station or a Palestinian one? Ahlam Tamimi: That station was in the Zionist language, and the driver was translating for the passengers.

Two minutes later, they said on the radio that the number had increased to five. I wanted to hide my smile, but I just couldn't. Allah be praised, it was great. As the number of dead kept increasing, the passengers were applauding. They didn't even know that I was among them.
On the way back [to Ramallah], we passed a Palestinian police checkpoint, and the policemen were laughing. One of them stuck his head in and said: "Congratulations to us all." Everybody was happy.

The fawning over the dictator king by the western media is sickening. It took the IDF a morning to make the Jordanian forces surrender during the 6 day war, never to raise it's voice against Israel ever again.
